Maighréad Nic Mhaicín was a pioneering scholar of Russian whose educational journey began with a scholarship to attend St Dominic’s Grammar School in 1913. The Ulster History Circle unveils a blue plaque celebrating Maighréad at the school 125 years after her birth.
