The Shankill Road Mission, at the corner of Carlow Street, was completed in 1898 to a design by William Roome who also designed Mountpottinger YMCA.
The pioneering urban mission work that the Shankill Road Mission provided included Gospel services and a Sunday school, music sessions; a cafe with affordable meals and trips to the seaside.
NVTV spent some of the last days with people at the Mission before it closed in 2009.
